When are you open? We re-open in the easter holidays. Dates for booking easter holidays will be released soon 😊
Do I have to pre-book? Pre-booking isn't essential, however it is advised. We sometimes have last-minute bookings meaning there is no guarantee we will have the space for you on an experience.
Can I bring my dog? Unfortunately from 2025, there are to be no dogs brought on-site, although we did used to allow them. This is because the time of year which we are open, it is birthing season for the alpacas. Dog's worry the alpacas which we can't risk potential miscarriages during there birthing season. Apologies.
Is Happyard accessible? Most of Happyard's activities include walking up hills therefore they cannot be accessible without notice. If a member of your group has accessibility requirements please contact us beforehand so we can arrange a more suitable experience for them.
