Happyard's Refund Policy
Animal Experiences
We do not issue refunds for animal experiences, the money we receive goes towards the care of our animals.
If you give us 3 days notice (72 hours) we can issue you with a gift voucher, this can also be gifted to another recipient of your choice. Vouchers are valid until September of that year.
Camping:
No refunds within 1 week of arrival date.
Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
