Happyard's Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for animal experiences, the money we receive goes towards the care of our animals.

If you give us 3 days notice (72 hours) we can issue you with a gift voucher, this can also be gifted to another recipient of your choice. Vouchers are valid until October of that year.
